Նախագծերի կոորդինատորը պատասխանատու է նախագծերի պլանավորման, կազմակերպման և իրականացման գործընթացների արդյունավետ համակարգման համար։ Նա ապահովում է կապը ղեկավարության, հաճախորդների, մատակարարների և նախագծային թիմերի միջև՝ նպաստելով նախագծերի հաջող և ժամանակին իրականացմանը
